With the holiday season upon us and 2012 just around the corner we are looking forward to welcoming back so many extended members of the Bucuti family, as well as becoming a part of many more couples’ love story.
To help you prepare for your next trip we’ve listed our 2012 rates here on the website and wanted to take this opportunity to explain what exactly is included. Unlike 2011, the rates listed here are inclusive of all taxes and service charges. So when your stay with us has come to an end there’s no need to fear any added charges at check out.
In addition to all taxes and service charges, your rate includes a full American breakfast buffet to enjoy each day of your stay and complimentary WiFi access. While we do not charge for local phone calls, long distance calls from Aruba can be very costly and roaming fees from your mobile can add up. As an alternative we encourage you to take advantage of our complimentary Netbooks for use throughout your stay. Upon connecting, you can place VoIP calls to other computers, landlines and cell phones utilizing your Skype account or similar service.
Once your vacation experience begins the only costs you’ll be responsible for are food, beverage and activities planned via our concierge. Please keep in mind we do not accept cash for payment at the front desk or in the restaurant, but we do accept all major credit cards, debit cards and room signing privileges for all services within our resort. Cash deposits are accepted on behalf of third-party vendors such as dive operators and tour companies at our concierge desk. These activities are not charged to the room, and need to be paid directly to the vendor. At the Gift Shop or Spa, you can choose to pay via cash, credit cards or charge to the room.
