Each week, Sunday Brunch features new and exciting dishes, including a full variety of vegan options. As pioneers in plant-based cuisine throughout the Caribbean’s dining scene, Bucuti & Tara proudly holds the Vegan Hospitality & Tourism Certification, ensuring that our vegan guests enjoy a meal that aligns with their lifestyle and preferences.

With sensibly sized healthy portions, our brunch ensures you can savor and indulge a wide array of flavors. Available every Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., our multicourse brunch is priced at $120 for two diners. For guests who are staying at Bucuti & Tara, you may choose to enjoy Sunday Brunch for simply $60 per couple in lieu of the included full daily breakfast (served 7 to 11 a.m.) included in the nightly rate, or if you partake in breakfast, then brunch is $120 per couple.

Every day, guests here hail from an average of 25 different countries worldwide. Combined with our own diverse staff, almost all of whom have Caribbean roots, and the palates celebrated here inspired the four new rotating menus for this all-new Sunday Brunch. Each week features one of four menus - Italian, Mexican, French, and Caribbean. Guests and locals alike are already giving rave reviews for these varying themes, with many eager to sample all four. Served course-by-course, each is a culinary experience to settle in and savor at your leisure.
A multicourse culinary journey
Toast your brunch experience with a homemade flavored Champagne foam themed weekly, setting the stage for a delightful journey through diverse culinary delights. Enjoy a bottle of Veuve Ambal Crémant de Bourgogne and unlimited orange juice to craft your perfect mimosa.
Every course is served one at a time. A sampling of dishes per each themed week includes:
Italian. Stroll into this colorful mural of a menu beginning with a modern twist on antipasti. Enjoy an Italian breakfast of toasted garlic bread rolls, confit tomato sauce, cured sausage, poached eggs and basil sprinkled with Parmigiano Reggiano. Next choose from Quattro formaggi or Scarparo sauces atop fettuccine. The choice now is selecting between main entrees of onion ravioli, tenderloin cannelloni or seafood risotto. Conclude with a Saronno fruit cup, selection of miniatures of tiramisu, basil panna cotta and Italian-layered chocolate cake. For the finale, an espresso-chocolate bite.
Mexican. Begin this banquete with shared bocaditos including Mexican shrimp cocktail and a pairing to beetroot sour cream, tostito chips, creamy guacamole hummus, along with queso fresco and warm salsa. Next, tuck into huevos rancheros followed by a-la-minute tacos. Save room for your choice of baked Mexican pasta, tenderloin al pastor or seafood enchiladas. Top it off with an elote cup, selection of sweet postres and sorpresita.
French. This journey is like an inviting promenade promising delights at every stop. A shared aperitif of salmon gravlax, ham and Brie croissants, goat cheese mousse and more, precedes a classic French onion soup and accouterments. Crȇpes are then followed with a choice of Chateaubriand, deconstructed Cordon Bleu and Roquefort tortelloni. Savory meets sweet with a Bordeaux fruit cup and themed dessert miniatures for a finish that is très magnifique!
Caribbean. Our popular six-day-a-week Authentic Aruban & Caribbean Menu takes a break on Sundays. However, our new Caribbean Sunday Brunch menu lets us introduce even more our regional favorites, that we hope you’ll treasure, too. Start with a sharable plate featuring fried yuca, marinated mackerel, eggplant mousse, blood sausage, young Gouda, patcones and a pica di papaya dipping sauce. Next, enjoy Keshi Yena, a Caribbean special of shredded chicken, melted cheese, sweet plantains, rice and beans, and cucumber. Save room for buttery arepas before selecting from cucumber beef stoba, balchi de pisca and jerk chicken. Finish on a lighter note with a Caribbean fruit cup, local favorites in miniature of glazed cashew cake, prune tarts and rice pudding, and top it with a dulce de leche petit four.
New vegan Sunday Brunch menu
Vegan diners will also find a new, full menu to discover and delight in. Begin brunch with a toast while savoring a basket of local baked treats with Pica di Papaya dipping sauce, roasted carrot and chickpea hummus with warm pita bread and crudités, and a vegan cheese and veggie sausage platter.
Next, enjoy vegan eggplant mechada arepas followed by vegan bruschetta di Aruba. The flavors continue to entice with the selection of two of the three main courses including heart of palm salad, Madras-style curry tofu and marinated, roasted cauliflower topped with onion-jam and raisin-caper sauce. Dessert follows with a tasting platter filled with miniature portions of local pastries, sweets and our favorite Caribbean delicacies.
