The true sign that we have succeeded in providing our guests with a memorable stay is when you return year after year. For us it simply means that we delivered. Perhaps you enjoyed a romantic dinner or loved the breathtaking views or maybe it was a serene afternoon on the beach that made you decide to come back to Bucuti, but whatever the reason, we are delighted that you found what you are looking for. But what happens when a guest does not find that same experience? That?s where our Bucuti team can help. We work hard to ensure your needs and desires are being met from the moment you book your room to the moment you check out. In order to do so we need to hear from you. While we strive for perfection the truth is no organization or resort is perfect 100 percent of the time and there is always room for improvement.

So what can you do? We recommend that you communicate any personal particularities and restrictions that would need to be taken care of prior to arrival so any potential issues are handled before you even check in.

For example, if you have a specific food allergy, a preference for feather pillow versus foam pillow or if you?d like to request a particular view, we are ready and able to meet your needs. The more we know the better your stay. Should you find yourself in an unsatisfactory situation after you check in, it´s important that you notify one of our team members as soon as possible. When someone expresses disappointment about a room or a service we are granted an opportunity to be the best that we can be, and we always appreciate that opportunity. We want to make sure our guests are being heard and understood.

Many members of our staff have been working here for some time and will know exactly what needs to be done or who to ask for assistance. In most cases the situation can be handled quickly so as not to interrupt your vacation. Management makes itself available to guests every day, to facilitate the direct communication regarding guest satisfaction. Resort management is on-site daily from 8 am - 9 pm and on call the remainder of the evening. Management greets every Bucuti guest at check-in, and at check-out I will always say so long and thank you to every guest (when I am on island) and ask if everything was to your satisfaction. We also walk around the property and interact with you throughout your stay to make ourselves available and aware of any unattended needs.

We are very proud of our resort and make every effort to ensure you not only enjoy your time with us but also leave with a wonderful impression of the island.
