The Tara Lounge is adorned with soft whites, creams and dark wood tones, perfectly complemented by a vaulted ceiling that invites Aruba’s abundant sunlight to cascade into the space. Thickly webbed chairs and plush cushions beckon guests to linger, enveloped in the tranquil atmosphere of quiet luxury.
Netherlands-based interior architecture firm FG Stijl created the new designs for the Tara Lounge along with the resort’s award-winning Elements Restaurant, which will reopen on Dec. 16. Known for crafting luxurious, bespoke interiors in boutique hotels around the world, FG Stijl’s founder Colin Finnegan brings his signature blend of elegance and functionality to Bucuti & Tara. Every detail is designed with care, incorporating custom-made furniture and artisanal craftsmanship to create spaces that feel both unique and timeless.
We are back to serving our signature full breakfast in the Tara Lounge to the delight of the first guests experiencing the fresh changes. Bucuti & Tara’s popular Sunday Brunch returning early next year following the reopening of Elements. In addition to daily offerings, the lounge is evolving into a venue for exclusive culinary and beverage experiences.
Plans are underway to host monthly and bimonthly collaborations with beverage suppliers, including wine-pairing dinners and spirit tastings. The refined ambiance of the Tara Lounge makes it the perfect setting for these events, evoking the sophisticated charm of an executive, high-class club lounge.
