Taking a dream vacation is an investment of both time and money, and by researching and reading other travelers’ thoughts on a destination, guests are able to find the perfect match that meets their desires and specific needs. For example, if a guest is seeking an environment with scheduled activities, poolside action and motorized watersports, Bucuti is not the right fit. However, if a romantic adults-only environment is on your wish list, then you’ll be delighted by the resort. Understanding the resort’s environment beforehand helps to manage expectations, and also we find that guests enjoy being surrounded by similar-minded individuals who share common tastes and pleasures. One of the most wonderful things about traveling is having the opportunity to interact with new friends, and the balanced environment at Bucuti has led to lifelong friendships amongst many guests.
Reviews not only provide our future guests with information but also help our repeat guests discover a new experience, amenity or offering they were not previously aware of. As Aruba’s premier resort for romance, we have many guests join us for honeymoon celebrations and anniversaries in search of a tranquil beach retreat. They know they will find that on the beautiful Eagle Beach, but what they may not know is that we can arrange a bottle of chilled champagne and flowers to await them in their room, prepare a starlit dinner on the sand or plan a memorable excursion such as a sunset sail. By reading a previous guest’s firsthand account, these options are introduced and recommended.
Perhaps most importantly, feedback helps us improve and perfect our efforts to meet and exceed your expectations. Unlike some resorts where management spends their day behind a desk, our team makes every effort to be present and visible every day. By interacting with guests and speaking with each of them during check in, checkout and breakfast, our management team can take immediate actions to correct issues on the spot rather than hearing about it afterwards. We encourage guests to make us aware of any issue they experience on-site to allow us the opportunity to address it immediately. By sharing your thoughts, concerns and special moments, we are able to resolve issues quickly and in many cases celebrate a particular staff member who created a special moment for a guest.
