Journey from Childhood Memories to Our Honeymoon at Bucuti

My love for Bucuti and Aruba actually began when I was 8 years old, 22 years ago. My late father, Ron Sommerfeldt, discovered Bucuti when it was still a relatively young boutique resort. He and my mother journeyed there, and absolutely fell in love with the island and Bucuti.

Jordan and Michael's Honeymoon

Our Honeymoon was at Bucuti and Tara in December 2022 and we are excited to make returning to Bucuti and Tara our anniversary trip every year. Last year was our first anniversary and we will be back this year!
