Our love for Bucuti began the year I turned 40 and my husband Michael wanted to surprise me! He never told me where we were going, just that it would be warm and that we had talked about the location several times before. It was literally not until we were at the airport checking in when he said Bon Bini and I immediately knew I was headed your way Aruba! Imagine my surprise and delight when our transfer dropped us off in front of Bucuti for the first time and we set eyes on the place that would become our home away from home! From the moment we arrived and I saw that view from the Tara suite window, the next many years were to become our regular anniversary celebration spot. It continues to be a place some 13+ years later where many memories have been made and will continue to be made well into the future.
